A planning tool, not your official schedule

Crewdays works out calendars, hours and pay estimates from the pattern and dates you enter. Employers adapt patterns, and contracts, union agreements and state laws differ, so always check the result against your official rota and pay slip. Nothing on the site is legal, tax or financial advice.

Accuracy

We check the rules against official sources and correct mistakes we are told about, but we cannot promise that every page is complete, current or free of errors. You use the site at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, Crewdays is not liable for losses caused by relying on it.

Using and sharing calendars

You may use the calendars for yourself, your crew or your workplace, print them, add them to your calendar app and share links. You may put the who-is-on-duty widget on your own website with the link to Crewdays that comes with it. Do not copy the site's pages or text in bulk or present them as your own.

Links and ads

The site links to official sources and shows ads from Google. We are not responsible for the content of other websites.

Changes and law
