Privacy policy
What happens to the information you enter, and how ads on Crewdays use cookies.
Who is responsible
Crewdays is run by Asier Fernández, an individual based in Spain. Contact: asierfernandezmotilva@gmail.com.
What you type stays on your device
The pattern, dates, crew names and pay details you enter are worked out in your browser. They are not sent to us and we have no server that stores them. The share link holds the calendar settings in the address, so only the people you send it to see them; pay details are never put in the link. Some settings are saved in your browser's local storage so the page remembers them; you can delete them by clearing the site data in your browser.
Advertising and cookies
Crewdays shows ads from Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet. Cookies are also used to limit how often you see an ad and to measure ads.
- Read How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
- You can turn off personalised ads from Google in Ads Settings, and from many other ad companies at aboutads.info.
- Visitors in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area and Switzerland are asked for consent through Google's consent message before cookies are used for ads. You can change your choice at any time from the privacy link that the message leaves on the page.
- If you live in a US state with a privacy law (for example California), the message lets you opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising.
Crewdays does not use analytics or any tracking of its own.
Hosting
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may record technical data such as your IP address to keep the service secure; see the GitHub privacy statement. Fonts and scripts of Crewdays are served from this site.
Children
Crewdays is a tool for working adults and is not directed at children under 13.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you can ask for access to, or deletion of, personal data about you. As we do not hold what you type, most requests are about ads: Google handles those through the links above. You can complain to the ICO in the UK or the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
