To report a wrong date or number

Send the link to the calendar (use “Copy link”), the date that looks wrong and what your official rota shows. If it is a pay or overtime figure, say which state or country you work in.

To ask for a new pattern

Write the cycle one letter per day: D for day, N for night, E for evening, X for 24 hours and O for off. For example a Pitman is DDOODDDOODDOOO. Tell us the shift length and where it is used. You can also try it straight away with “Build your own” in the shift pattern list.
